Wang Zhongming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in July 1970. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a postgraduate diploma and has a PhD degree in law. He is a member of the Leading Party Members Group and vice-president of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), a member of the SPC's Adjudication Committee, secretary of the sub-group of the leading Party members group and chief judge of the SPC's Fourth Circuit Court, and a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress.
