This is responsible for cases of first and second instance involving commercial disputes related to contracts, companies, securities, insurance, and bills or notes handled by the Supreme People's Court; examining trials in commercial cases where the defendant challenges a judgment or ruling from a lower people's court; and giving guidance in trials.
