Recognizing the pivotal role of the servicemen in safeguarding the nation's interests, Zhang emphasized that they are the cornerstone of ensuring the enduring strength of the nation.
He expressed gratitude for their dedication, saying that ensuring the security of the SPC is tantamount to safeguarding the capital, national security, and political security.
The SPC's secure and stable working environment is inseparable from the diligent efforts of the soldiers, he added.
During his visit, Zhang engaged in warm exchanges with the soldiers, inquiring about their lives and studies. He also shared his insight on the importance of unity and determination, emphasizing the need to always be prepared for victory through political and operational requirements.
The soldiers, in turn, expressed their gratitude for the support received from the SPC and their commitment to fulfilling their duties to a high standard and capability to ensure the absolute security of the SPC.
