The Supreme People's Court (SPC) released the top ten judicial policies for the year 2023, as selected by the People's Court Daily.

The selection mainly considers whether a judicial policy faithfully implements the decisions and arrangements of the Communist Party of China and the State, reflects the priorities of the SPC, addresses public concerns, and meets the needs of judicial practice.

The 10 judicial policies were selected from over 30 publicly released judicial documents, and fall into 10 categories. The following list is in chronological order.
