The logistic service center is a public institution under the leadership of the Supreme People's Court (SPC). It provides logistic services and implements service contracts in accordance with the requirements of the SPC.  It manages the State-owned assets that the SPC has authorized to use and preserves and enhances the value of operational assets. It is responsible for promoting reform, improving operational mechanisms and increasing the economic benefits of affiliated service enterprises. It provides the public with paid services, in order to boost its self-sufficiency capabilities and reduce government expenditures. It also fulfills other service obligations.
