| Zou Mimi, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford,the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, shared her view on the rule of law in the internet at the forum, which is to build a community with a shared future in cyberspace through joint efforts of international society. She introduced some legal theories like the eight legal rules made by Lord Bingham and called for all attendees to work together to push forward the building of a community with a shared future in cyberspace via legal measures.
