Hainan's courts to judicially support free trade zone
A delegation led by Luo Dongchuan, vice-president of the Supreme People's Court, recently made investigations in Hainan province in regard to its construction of the free trade zone.
During the inspection, the delegation had a seminar with delegates from the local courts.
Luo learned about construction progress and judicial demands of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Port).
The two sides discussed ways to improve the international business climate, deepen judicial reform, improve international commercial dispute settlement and strengthen intellectual property protection.
Luo stressed the significance of building free trade zones and urged Hainan's courts to push forward judicial work in all aspects to create an internationally-leading business environment for the zone.
