Summer camp at top court
The Supreme People's Court (SPC) of China received a group of little guests during a hot summer's day—primary and middle school students from central China.
Students from Suixian County and Ningling County of Henan province joined the special summer camp, titled "Balance Summer Camp" during their summer holiday.
Themed "patriotism, abide by law,and set ambitions," the three-day summer camp is aimed at expanding students' horizons and fostering their love for knowledge.
During their stay in the capital, students also visited China Court Museum and the prestigious Peking University as well as other places of interest in the city.
The activity, co-sponsored by the SPC and the local government, is part of a larger poverty-alleviation program, which aims to encourage students to build up their hometown while growing up.
