Zhou Qiang, top justice of the Supreme People's Court, made an inspection tour to Xin County, an old revolutionary base area in Central China's Henan Province, on July 10.

He stressed that people's courts should comprehensively implement the guiding principles of the 18th National Party Congress and the third and fourth plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, put into practice the guiding principles from General Secretary Xi Jinping's major speeches,revive and carry forward the good tradition of old revolutionary base areas, firmly grasp the idea of "Justice for People" and "Judicial Justice", give full play to the judicial function, create a good judicial environment for the economic and social development in old revolutionary base areas.
