Weng Zuliang: Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Weng Zuliang, male, born in July 1963, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Fuqing city of Fujian province and began work in August, 1983. He has a master's degree in business administration and is a senior engineer at the professor level. Weng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, is now Party secretary of Pudong New Area and director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.

A graduate of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, Hang is a senior administration engineer and senior economic engineer. He now holds the positions of deputy secretary general of the Shanghai Municipal Government, deputy Party secretary and governor of Pudong New Area, executive deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, deputy director of the Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone Administration, deputy director of the Shanghai Lingang Area Development Administration, and Party secretary of Lingang Area.

Li Zhaojie, male, born in September 1959, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Yinxian county of Zhejiang province and began working in August, 1980. Li is an economist and the deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration as well as deputy head of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Bonded Area Authority.

The positions that Li previously held include head of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Plan Commission's Trade Development Office, head of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission's Trade Development Office and Trade Circulation Office, and deputy director of FTZ Bonded Area.

Wang Hua, male, born in January 1974, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Jinjiang city of Jiangsu province and joined the work force in May 1998. He holds a master's degree in engineering and an MBA. Wang, a member of the CPC Pudong New Area Committee, now holds the positions of deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, deputy governor of Pudong New Area, and member of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Pudong New Area.

Chen Yanfeng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in April 1971 and is from Shanghai. He has a master's degree in business administration and began his first job July 1990. Chen is currently deputy director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration as well as deputy head of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Bonded Area Authority.
