Jining offers special tourism benefits for Australian overnight visitors
The Jining Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau recently introduced special tourism benefits for Australian visitors by offering an "attractions + accommodation" package. Australian tourists who stay overnight at any Jining hotel can enjoy free entry to Qufu's "Three Confucian Sites" by presenting valid proof of accommodation.
The "Three Confucian Sites", including the Confucius Temple and Kong Family Mansion, are the heart of Confucian culture and a must-visit for understanding China's traditional culture. This free-entry policy aims to invite Australian visitors to experience Chinese culture firsthand.
From Jan 1 to March 31, 2026, Australian tourists can show their passport and a Jining hotel receipt or invoice from their check-in or check-out date at the attraction's ticket office to gain free entry.
This promotion offers travelers a diverse array of cultural experiences, suitable for family trips, outings with friends, or study tours. It will launch soon, allowing Australian tourists to plan visits to Shandong within the promotional period.
