As early winter embraces Qufu, the Confucius Temple is gently transformed by the golden hues of ginkgo trees. Amidst ancient cypresses that have stood for millennia, these trees display their splendor with fan-shaped leaves clinging densely to branches, resembling golden butterfly wings trembling in the breeze.

Sunlight filters through upturned eaves, casting dappled light onto the bluestone paths. The interplay of light and the bright yellow ginkgo leaves creates a warm, glowing halo. The red walls and dark tiles of the temple provide a steadfast backdrop, making the golden leaves appear even more radiant.

When the leaves rustle and fall, they seem to carry the Confucian aura across the rooftops, spreading a golden carpet that leads deep into the cultural heritage. Walking along the path, the soft crunch of leaves underfoot combines with the distant sound of chanting, as if time itself has slowed.

The Confucius Temple in early winter possesses its own grace. The ginkgo trees, in their resplendent form, add a touch of tenderness to the solemn ancient temple. Standing beneath them, one sees gold set against azure blue, with ancient architecture coexisting with ancient trees. Every fallen leaf tells a story of time, and every strand of light holds the warmth and enduring legacy of Confucian culture.
