Haier Smart Home, a subsidiary of Haier Group from Qingdao, held an ecological conference themed "AI for home, AI for you" in Shanghai on Mar 19. The event demonstrated the latest achievements of its 10-year smart home layout, unveiling the "AI Vision" series of advanced technologies to enhance smart homes.

At the event, Shu Hai, vice-president of Haier Group and general manager of Haier Smart Home R&D Platform, outlined the goal of Haier Smart Home to gradually achieve "unmanned household chores." They are accelerating the development and deployment of home service robots to facilitate this vision.

In addition to upgrading products with AI technology, Haier Smart Home is applying and integrating its self-developed AI scene, Sanyiniao, to create a more intelligent home that understands users and enables smart scenarios.

Haier Smart Home is expanding its smart home technology both domestically and globally. In China, the Sanyiniao smart home has over 10 million daily active users. In the United States, the Smart HQ platform has connected over 4 million users, while in Europe, its smart home platform integrates multiple brands like Candy and Hoover, with over 9.25 million registered users.

The total number of registered users for Haier Smart Home globally has now surpassed 20 million. This rapid and comprehensive global deployment is attributed to its localized global integration of research and development, manufacturing, and marketing.

In research and development, Haier Smart Home has established an offline 10+N open innovation system globally, and its online HOPE innovation ecosystem, connecting over 250,000 global experts to meet the diverse needs of users in different regions.

Currently, Haier Smart Home has over 230,000 sales outlets and more than 14,000 service outlets worldwide, covering over 200 countries and regions.
