Inspired by students' strong interest in learning Chinese, the Almetyevsk State Oil Institute has established a Chinese training center. In response to the demand for learning materials, Dongying has provided the institute with a substantial package, including over 200 Chinese language books, Qi writing-brushes, and various intangible cultural heritage products.

A delegation from Dongying visited the institute on June 12, exploring its academic and research facilities such as the Chinese training center and the Nishan Book House within the institute's library. During the visit, both parties signed a memorandum of understanding, emphasizing initiatives such as student exchanges and collaborative educational programs.
The Nishan Book House helps foster communication and mutual learning between China and other countries. Dongying has established Nishan Book Houses in sister cities such as Livorno in Italy, Port Said in Egypt, and now Almetyevsk in Russia. These initiatives enhance Dongying's international visibility and reputation, and help promote traditional Chinese culture.
