Shandong unveils culinary delights at ICIF

Over 150 enterprises from Shandong province have gathered to showcase an array of over 2,000 products that embody the province's cultural essence.
Visitors are greeted by a mesmerizing sea of blooming peonies. The pavilion also features an array of peony-inspired artworks and derivatives, including the nutritious peony seed oil, the invigorating peony flower tea, and the delectable peony pastries, offering a tantalizing treat for the taste buds.
The sizzling aroma of Zibo barbecue, a culinary sensation that has taken China by storm, fills the air at the pavilion. The "soul trio" – scallions, flatbread, and seasoning – accompanies succulent skewers of grilled beef and mutton, enticing visitors with its irresistible flavor.
The enduring popularity of Zibo barbecue is a testament to the dedication of local residents, the robust support of ancillary services, and the harmonious exchange between the city and its visitors.
Tsingtao Beer, a symbol of Shandong's brewing heritage, also graces the pavilion, along with 16 other unique flavors infused with passion fruit, grapes, and pineapple.
Visitors have the chance to embark on a culinary adventure across Shandong province, sampling a tantalizing array of regional delicacies. From the vibrant cherries of Linqu county in Weifang to the mouthwatering braised chicken of Dezhou, each dish offers a unique taste of Shandong's rich culinary heritage.
