Peng Qinghua, vice-chairman of China's National People's Congress Standing Committee, co-chaired the third meeting of the joint working group of the China-Russia committee for parliamentary cooperation with Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Alexander Babakov in Beijing on March 25.

Participants of the meeting shared their legislative experiences of implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, advancing the establishment of a just and reasonable global governance system and promoting a rational outlook on World War II history.
