Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology recently earned the World Class Winner and APQO International Best Practice awards at the 30th Asia-Pacific Quality Organization (APQO) International Conference.

It marks the company as the only one to win both awards this year in the fields of precision manufacturing and optical communication in this region.

Xue Jiping, chairman of ZTT, took the two awards as recognition for the company's commitment to high quality and as motivation for future growth.

In 1998, a failed water-resistance test marked the start of developing its unique quality management system. The core model is a combination of lean production and intelligent manufacturing.

ZTT's practice demonstrates that quality enables a company to withstand risks, from high-end optical fibers used in projects that channel more computing resources from the eastern regions to the less-developed western areas, to new energy cables supporting carbon peaking and neutrality goals, as well as submarine communication networks connecting the world.
