A museum dedicated to bedclothes, the Xuenier Bedclothes Museum, has recently opened in Sanxing town, Haimen district, Nantong, Jiangsu province.
Created by the renowned Jiangsu brand Xuenier, the museum spans nearly 2,000 square meters and is open to the public for free.

Upon entering the museum, visitors explore centuries of bedclothes culture. An 8-meter gauze curtain sways with ancient verses. Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911) redwood canopy beds are displayed. Fabric coupons from the 1950s to 1980s tell stories of the past.
The museum's highlight is a miniature model inspired by Yinzhen's Farming and Weaving Pictures, accurately reproducing ancient sericulture scenes like silk reeling, dyeing, weaving, and garment making.
The museum highlights both history and sleep health. In the science section, nine planets hang against a night sky, immersing visitors in nighttime sleep. The 24-hour Health Clock reminds visitors to keep a regular routine.
The exhibition hall features 38 bedclothes scenarios, including minimalist, European vintage, classic Chinese styles, and other styles. Visitors can view and try the products firsthand.
"As a member of Nantong's home textile industry, we have the responsibility and obligation to showcase to the world the unique charm of Nantong's rich history and modern technology in home textiles," said Shen Jun, president of Xuenier Home Textiles. "The museum aims to further highlight Nantong's calling card of bedclothes and promote the better and faster development of Nantong's home textile industry."
