Luo Arthur, a French-Portuguese expat raised in South Africa, has long been fascinated by Chinese culture. After finishing university, he followed a friend's advice and relocated to Nantong, Jiangsu province, where he has now lived for eight years and counting. By chance, he stumbled upon Suchao, the Jiangsu Football City League, and made it his mission to help grow the sport.
