Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province is home to numerous scenic spots and profound cultural elements. To facilitate the tour of international visitors, we have designed unique travel itineraries for visitors from various countries. Here is one of the two recommended travel itineraries for Japanese and Korean tourists.

Theme: Exploration of Jianghai Culture and history

【DAY1】Upon arrival, visit the Langshan Mountain National Forest Park: Ascend the Langshan Mountain, the first of the eight famous mountains of Buddhism in China, overlooking the Yangtze River and experiencing the profound changes of the Jianghai region.

In the afternoon, visit the Nantong Museum, which is the first museum established by Chinese people. Learn about the industrial and national salvation deeds of Zhang Jian (1853-1926), a renowned patriot, industrial magnate, educator, and philanthropist in Nantong, and feel the historical and cultural heritage of Nantong.

In the evening, take a boat tour of the thousand-year-old ancient moat, the Haohe River Scenic Area: Experience the humanistic feelings of the city and its water culture.

【DAY2】In the morning, visit the Tangzha Ancient Town, which boasts remnants of modern Chinese industry: Learn about Zhang Jian's entrepreneurial journey.

In the afternoon, visit the Chinese Charitable Museum: Learn about Zhan's charitable endeavors and feel his compassion for the people; visit the Nantong Textile Museum to understand the history and development of the Chinese textile industry.

Recommended cuisine: Nantong's "eight bowls" or "eight dishes", whole fish banquet, and Yisheng Wine.
