Chongchuan district in Nantong has embraced one more major project, the Zhongxin Electric Technology project, which settled in the Gangzha Economic Development Zone on March 21.

With a total investment of 500 million yuan ($68.85 million), the project specializes in R&D, production, and sales of smart instruments. Its core products include ultrasonic remote heat meters, non-magnetic sensor smart water meters, and intelligent ring network meters. The project is expected to achieve an annual output of 30,000 smart instrument cabinets‌upon completion.

Chongchuan has prioritized a "Construction Starts Upon Land Grant" approach to accelerate progress, streamlining approvals and resolving bottlenecks through dedicated task forces. Timelines are strictly enforced to ensure swift project launch, production, and results, bolstering the region's smart equipment industry chain‌.
