Nantong Modasi Precision Machinery recently encountered a delay in obtaining a construction permit for its high-end bicycle parts production project with an annual output of 25.4 million sets. Although all other required documents were complete, the approval process was stalled due to the absence of a fire safety design review certificate.

To support the company, the city's data bureau adopted a "conditional acceptance" approach, reviewing the available materials first while allowing the company to submit the missing fire safety certificate later. Once provided, the bureau will immediately initiate the final approval process, effectively reducing the application time for the company.

Since the beginning of this year, the bureau has issued 26 construction permits, reflecting a significant increase and signaling the city's dynamic business environment. This growth highlights ongoing efforts to optimize its approval efficiency. By streamlining procedures and reducing processing time to ensure efficient permit issuance, these efforts help enterprises meet project deadlines and accelerate construction progress.
