In the production workshop of Zorrun Semiconductor, China's first and most advanced large-diameter diamond substrate R&D line is in full operation, transforming diamonds into semiconductor chips.

Located in Rugao, Nantong, Jiangsu province, Zorrun Semiconductor focuses on the application of wide-bandgap semiconductors in various fields such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, and oil exploration. Over the past eight years, Zorrun has grown from a startup with limited funds, talent, and equipment to a leader in the field of wide-bandgap semiconductor equipment and materials.

The company has developed a multitude of industry-leading technological achievements centered on green, intelligent, and advanced equipment, injecting new vitality into industrial upgrading.

Founder Zhang Xinfeng attributes these achievements to the full support from his hometown's government in Rugao. From initial assistance in securing financing to current efforts in talent development, the Rugao government has continuously supported the growth of Zhang’s company.

For example, Zorrun received numerous orders and established cooperation intentions with several Chinese and international enterprises through the Light Conference hosted by Rugao this April, said Zhang.
