Nantong has published a raft of policies working towards this goal, integrating child-friendliness into its urban planning, as well as plans involving education, healthcare, culture, sports, food, and more.
The city has established a high-quality public service system for children by releasing a logo, song and promotional video for the campaign, hosting a series of child-themed activities and competitions, and building provincial-level kindergartens.
Nantong has also created a safe and friendly environment for children by enhancing the protection of children's rights, renovating public spaces to be more suitable for them, and caring for poverty-stricken families with children.
