Take an autumn trip in Nantong

The Nantong culture and tourism authority recently launched four travel routes tailored for autumn.
The first route is themed on the city's history.
On the first day, tourists visit Tangzha Ancient Town (the birthplace of Chinese industries), the Nantong Museum (the first public museum in China), and Changle town (a national rural tourism town).
On the second day, they visit the Jiangsu Jianghai Museum for Nantong's unique Jianghai culture in the morning and Yuantoujiao Resort in the afternoon.

The second route is about outdoor entertainment and it also takes two days to follow. Along the route, there are Zhouji Menghuan Island (an island-type botanical garden), Nantong Forest Safari Park, Sendi Snow Park, and Wonderful Farm.

The third route involves Jiangtian Ecological Park, a Tang Dynasty (618-907)-themed park, Iphay Biotechnology Park which farms glossy ganoderma, Langshan Mountain, and Haohe River (the most well-preserved city moat in China).

The last route offers a carefree ramble. Tourists can go to the Xiaoyangkou Resort to enjoy the beautiful coastline, Bencha Ancient Town for the smell of daily life, and Rugao for an authentic local morning tea, eight longevity dishes, and of course, Rugao-style bonsai.
