Jiangsu Jiahua Machinery Technology Co Ltd in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, recently completed the construction and testing of two pieces of oil transfer system equipment commissioned by Royal IHC and received approval from the client. The two pieces of equipment are expected to be shipped from Nantong to Shanghai on Sep 4.

Each piece of equipment consists of individual units with a weight of about 260 metric tons. They are the largest oil transfer systems to be fully delivered domestically and will be used on a floating storage platform in the offshore waters of Brazil.

This is the second piece of oil transfer system equipment the company has built for the Royal IHC, designed to have a 25-year operational lifespan.

Jiahua primarily produces ship components, metal machining parts, and steel structures. Since carrying out technological upgrades in 2017, the company has continuously adjusted and improved product lines, including marine engineering equipment, mining equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, and more.

Wang Min, manager of the company's manufacturing department, said that the equipment's working efficiency at full load can reach an oil and gas delivery rate of 325 liters per minute. "The completion of these two pieces of oil transfer system equipment signifies that our company has mastered all core processes, from steel structure manufacturing to electrical and hydraulic installation and commissioning, as well as the winding of oil transfer hoses."

The company has established stable strategic partnerships with several overseas clients in the industry, gradually evolving from a traditional steel structure manufacturer to a comprehensive equipment supplier.

The company's various equipment products and high-end manufacturing currently account for over 60 percent of its total production value.
