Chuanjiang town in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, will step up efforts to attract more investment this year, said Wang Yubin, Party secretary of Chuanjiang, in a recent interview.
Wang said that the town will continue pursuing industrial development and stimulating market vitality and aim to build a whole home textile industrial chain this year.
Chuanjiang will accelerate the construction of local projects and make full use of industrial associations, chambers of commerce, and entrepreneurs to organize activities to promote investment.

The Party secretary noted that through these efforts, Chuanjiang is expected to secure five projects with a registered capital of 500 billion yuan ($73.43 million) or more and receive $30 million in foreign capital this year.
"We will improve the town's business environment from infrastructure facilities and soft power," noted Wang.
Chuanjiang will promote the establishment of Chuanjiang Primary School and talent apartments and work to attract commercial facilities, making it a hub for startups and investment.
The town will also take advantage of the International Home Textile Expo, holding fairs and other exhibitions to strengthen its efforts to protect intellectual property rights, added Wang.
