Qutang town in Hai'an has agreed a new partnership with Xuhang town, Shanghai, as part of efforts to promote mutual development, on Dec 19.

With the signing of the new agreement, Qutang expects to learn from Xuhang's experience developing industries and its science and technology sector. It is also expected that members of the two towns' chambers of commerce will take part in exchange visits.

The new partnership is expected to bring real benefits for both Qutang and Xuhang, boosting their economies and providing opportunities for further collaboration.
