Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province ranked high nationwide in terms of the convenience of its business environment, according to China's business environment evaluation results released by the National Development and Reform Commission.
The gross domestic product of Wuxi's Xinwu district and the city of Yixing hit a new record in the first half of this year -- both exceeding 100 billion yuan, the local statistics bureaus announced on July 27.
Jiangsu Shizhan Group, a Wuxi-based producer of stage trusses, was responsible for the construction of the truss system of the main stage for these performances.
Wuxi's industrial output above designated size rose 28.6 percent year-on-year in the first six months of this year, amounting to 1.026 trillion yuan ($158.39 billion), according to the local bureau of industry and information technology.
