Wuxi authorities this year launched a campaign to help local foreign trade enterprises participate in exhibitions and fairs overseas.
Statistics show that in the first quarter, the city arranged for about 300 businesses to attend overseas exhibitions, including the European Coatings Show in Germany and the new energy exhibition Genera 2023 in Spain.
The Canton Fair is held twice a year in Guangzhou. A total of 370,000 visits were registered on the first day of its 133rd session, with 67,000 of those from foreign vendors and buyers, according to the organizers.
The fair also offers online services for product promotion and matching and business negotiations, enabling both Chinese and international businesses to land orders remotely.
