Xingda Group, based in Xinghua, has secured a place on China's 2025 national excellent smart factory list, marking a new milestone in its journey toward industrial intelligence. The Jiangsu provincial department of industry and information technology recently endorsed the national list, recognizing Xingda's Global Resource-Optimized Green Smart Factory for Steel Cord as a benchmark in smart manufacturing.
The excellent smart factory designation, a prestigious national standard, demands seamless data integration across design, production, and operations, coupled with real-time optimization of equipment, processes, and supply chains.
For steel cord production — a discrete manufacturing sector characterized by complex workflows, precision-linked processes, and stringent quality controls — achieving this level of intelligence requires sustained investment, technical expertise, and long-term talent development.
