The Xinghua Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has launched the Qi Chuang Yun Lian entrepreneurial service to help entrepreneurs in Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province, to solve problems like a lack of funds and entrepreneurial skills.
Leveraging existing entrepreneurial support resources, the service provides free entrepreneurial skills training to flexible workers.
It also advises entrepreneurship incubation bases at all levels to provide low threshold and low investment entrepreneurial venues and resources for them.
To improve the level of entrepreneurial services, the bureau is supplying all-round services to entrepreneurs covering different phases of their entrepreneurial process.
It will select high-quality training institutions to offer courses closely related to market demand, including courses in accounting and making short video productions.
When entrepreneurs move to entrepreneurship incubation bases, services like helping them in their business registrations will be offered. When entrepreneurs stabilize their operations, the bureau will offer them support, including start-up subsidies and employment incentives.
The bureau has established 19 entrepreneurship bases covering various categories and has provided entrepreneurship assistance measures.
These include the rolling out of start-up and employment subsidy policies and providing rental subsidies for incubation base sites.
