A development now under construction in Xinghua city – located in East China's Jiangsu province – was recently honored as a key cultural and tourism industry project in the region in 2024.
It is the Phase II project of the Hengxing science and technology park, which will occupy a floor space of 40,168 square meters on completion.
Formally named Chushui cultural and creative park, the Phase II project will be equipped with 40 garden-style standard factory buildings and basic support facilities.
It will place an emphasis on building industrial service platforms such as an innovation factory, a technology enterprise incubator, an e-commerce livestreaming center, a talent innovation center, a digital industry cultivation and incubation center, as well as an intangible cultural heritage exhibition center, among others.
Efforts will also be made to purchase intelligent hardware facilities and equipment and to develop a smart management platform, paving the way for the digital construction of Chushui cultural and creative park.
