With Disney's blockbuster hit Zootopia 2 grabbing much attention lately, you can continue the adventure by exploring Taizhou in Jiangsu province, where a vibrant menagerie of animals is just waiting to be discovered.
Taizhou Zoo is home to two cute-looking dogs that resemble pandas, with many tourists making a beeline just for them.

A Baer's pochard, a national first-class protected animal, was recently spotted at Fengqi Lake in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province. There are only around 2,000 of this species in China, earning it the nickname "the giant panda of birds".

Taizhou is also the hometown of certain kinds of elk, another tourist magnet. There are currently over a hundred elk residing in Qinhu Lake National Wetland Park, where they live by the water and thrive.
