The fourth Jiangnan Food Festival kicked off with a vibrant display of Taizhou cuisine at Jinjiang Paradise in Shanghai on Sept 17.
During the eight-day festival, gourmands will get the chance to savor over 150 Jiangnan delicacies prepared by 22 participating vendors.

Among the delicacies featured are Tang gansi (boiled scaly tofu threads) and crab dumplings in soup.
Besides food, the event is also showcasing items like zaocha (early breakfast tea) models, Qintong Boat Festival-themed souvenirs and brochures highlighting Taizhou's rich cultural and tourism resources.
