The 2023 national cultural center service promotions week kicked off on May 22 at the Taizhou cultural center – in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – and it runs to May 28.
In order to raise their profile, boost public participation and enhance the reputation of public cultural institutions – as well as to improve the efficiency of public cultural services – Taizhou is holding a series of activities.
Yang Jinyong, deputy director of the Taizhou cultural center, said cultural venues throughout the city are staging a raft of performances which are being broadcast online – as well as themed art exhibitions, intangible cultural heritage exhibitions and performances, among others. On top of that, online cultural services have been rolled out.
