Hunan village is located at the southern end of Taizhou's Qintong ancient town in the Jiangyan district, on the east bank of the Qinhu wetland. With a recorded history spanning several hundred years, it features traditional homes built along the river with a dense concentration of historical relics.
The village has developed a tourism industry based on its location, with the focus on wetland tourism, the service industries and leisure agriculture. It offers water vegetable planting, special water breeding and has gradually formed a comprehensive industry cluster including tourism, leisure farming and aquatic breeding.
