The Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission has announced the lists of provincial major projects and provincial key private investment industrial projects for 2026, with one from the Taixing High-tech Zone in Taixing, Jiangsu province, included in the former category.
That honor goes to the high-performance reinforced fiber products and aerospace structural components project in the zone, which is invested by Jiangsu Global Enterprise Management.

With an investment of 1 billion yuan ($143.88 million), the project will purchase 224 sets of production equipment for manufacturing high-performance reinforced fiber composites and aviation equipment products, as well as auxiliary supporting equipment.
The company is committed to breaking through the bottleneck of aviation materials and filling the gap in the domestic military industry. Over 98 percent of technologies used in this project will be independently developed.
Upon completion, it is expected to produce 8,300 units of structural components for drones, shelters, packaging boxes, and display and control console products each year.
