The Party committee of the Taixing Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Alliance recently held its Alliance Day event for the second quarter in the Taixing High-tech Zone, located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province.
The aim was to further foster the integration of various chains of Party building, talent, services and industry, as well as the cooperation of business enterprises that are members of the alliance.
During the event, the Yangtze River Delta Semiconductor Industry Talent Cultivation Base was launched. In addition, the School of Integrated Circuits at Shandong University, China Resources Microelectronics Limited and Taizhou Huatuo Electronic Technology Co Ltd signed cooperation agreements with the new center.
A forum also took place, attracting the attendance of representatives from 16 universities and 42 business enterprises, as well as over 100 experts from industry associations and research institutes.
The attendees discussed new paths for the high-quality development of the integrated circuit industry, examining such topics as industry-education integration and the nurturing of talent in the sector.
Plans are for the Party committee to build more platforms for communications and encourage businesses involved in the alliance to seize upon new quality productive forces, thereby enabling them to achieve a new leap forward in industry development.
