The Taixing High-tech Zone Management Committee – based in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province – was recently included on the list of patent conversion special items, contained in the 2024 Jiangsu Province Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion Plan Project.
Founded in 2008, the Taixing High-tech Zone was approved as a provincial-level high-tech zone in 2016.
In the ensuing years it's made a name for itself and in the national comprehensive evaluation of innovation-driven development in the provincial high-tech zones released last year, the zone came 26th in the rankings.
In recent years, the zone has committed itself to making IP unified, active and useful to drive technological innovation and industrial development forward.
What's more, dedicated efforts have been made by it – including establishing operational systems, creating transformation and operation platforms, promoting IP finance and introducing supportive policies.
