The Yaowang sub-district of Taixing city – administered by Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – has been working hard to improve things at its convenience service center, which expedites government services for the public and businesses.
It's been streamlining cooperation by its approval and regulatory authorities, in a bid to provide faster and more efficient services for its resident companies.
The center is promoting full coverage of approvals and supervision and is establishing a two-way feedback mechanism for information sharing, in a bid to eliminate regulatory and approval delays.
Moreover, the center is utilizing the approvals system of Taixing's government service comprehensive management platform to boost information sharing.
To date, 83 approvals of businesses have been included in the system. After the approvals department completes a task through the system, the system automatically expedites the approvals process and results – for such things as application materials and processing information – to relevant supervision departments.
Moving forward, plans are for the center to incrementally establish a new network of complementary responsibilities, policy exchanges and interactive reviews and management.
This will bolster the high-quality development of government services in the new era, said Zhang Zhi, director of Yaowang sub-district's convenience service center.
