The upper module of the offshore booster station for the Huaneng Lingao offshore wind farm, located in the northwest sea area of Lingao county, South China's Hainan province, was recently hoisted into place.
Constructed by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering, the project has a total installed capacity of 600 megawatts and is the first offshore wind power farm in the province.
Jiangsu Josun Air Conditioner, based in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, provided complete customized set of environmental control system solutions to ensure that all products were delivered on schedule.
Offshore booster stations are responsible for power concentration, power transmission, equipment protection, monitoring and control and other important tasks.
To date, the company has provided comprehensive environmental control system solutions for over 90 offshore wind power projects, involving over 20 coastal cities in China.
