To optimize municipal services and bolster administrative efficiency, Taixing city in East China's Jiangsu province has launched an initiative called "efficiently handling a matter".
This is serving as a crucial lever to maximize convenience for businesses and citizens. Recently, it successfully processed its inaugural compliance check for a local company seeking a stock market listing.
By sharing and gathering legal and compliance information from 18 functional departments, including market supervision, transportation, intellectual property, and urban management, the initiative aims to minimize the cost of verifying information for companies going public.
Businesses can apply online through a dedicated section for "efficiently handling a matter" on the website of Jiangsu government service, the Su Fu Ban app, or through the specialized window in Taixing Government Service Center on site.
Moving forwards, plans are for Taixing to continue to leverage the advantages of the Taixing Government Service Center, adhering to the principles of diversifying service methods, optimizing processes, simplifying documentation and minimizing costs.
