Two amusement park green spaces have been completed and opened in the urban area of Taixing city, located in East China's Jiangsu province, in a bid to meet the needs of its residents for leisure, recreation, sports and fitness.
With a total area of 29,000 square meters, the first green space is in Shuangshui Runcheng area K and it starts from Xingnan Road in the north and ends at Chengjiang Road in the south.
A new slow walking trail has been built there, which is about 1 kilometer long and 4 meters wide. The green space is also equipped with other great features including cage tennis courts, fitness squares and landscape corridors.
Elsewhere, a green space at the intersection of Daqing Road and Gulou North Road has opened.
A new public parking lot has been built in the eastern section of that green space, with a dozen parking spaces set up. The west corner of the green space is a leisure square, planted with trees and shrubs like small-leaved camphor trees and beech trees.
