A total of 11 manufacturers based in Taixing – a county-level city administered by Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – were honored recently.
They were selected as example enterprises, to promote the integration of the informatization and industrialization management system, released by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu.
A graded mode was adopted for example enterprises and Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co Ltd and Sunlour Pigment Taixing Co Ltd were rated at the highest AAA level.

A five-year plan on shipbuilding informatization systems was put together by Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co Ltd. It's to ensure key data – involving design tools, design management, material management, planning and production management, financial and personnel systems – can be circulated.
Focusing on producing phthalocyanine pigments and support products, Sunlour Pigment Taixing Co Ltd has interconnected its enterprise resource planning, or ERP and manufacturing execution system (MES), as well as expanding ERP functions to achieve better sales.
To date, 95 Taixing-based enterprises have received the integration of informatization and industrialization management system certificate and 57 have been selected as example enterprises in Jiangsu province.
