Jiangsu Hailong Electric Parts, founded in 2002, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of core components for automotive power systems.
Focusing on engine variable valve timing (VVT) systems, the company has established a product system on VVT technologies that has been expanded to include key supporting parts like accumulators and oil pumps for transmission. It has been recognized as a national "little giant" enterprise, a provincial enterprise technology center, and a provincial green factory.
Attaching great importance to intelligent and refined production processes, Hailong Electric Parts has introduced nearly 100 key pieces of equipment, including precision computer numerical control machine tools and double-sided grinding machines. It operates dozens of specialized assembly lines, with an annual production capacity of 7 million sets. Thirteen are equipped with online automatic inspection functions.
Quality is regarded as the lifeblood of the company, which boasts a full-process quality assurance system that surpasses industry standards.
