The "Talent Cafe" Auto Parts Industry Session was recently held at the Jiangyan Human Resources Service Industrial Park, creating a dynamic platform for talent, projects, and enterprises to connect efficiently.
Around 50 young professionals gathered for the event, engaging in industry introductions, university-enterprise cooperation, policy interpretation, and Party building exchanges, exploring how to better align the talent chain with the industrial chain to empower the high-quality development of the auto parts industry.
During the event, Nanjing Normal University Taizhou College presented "Career Development Mentor" certificates to Human Resources (HR) executives from leading enterprises such as Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging and Taizhou Xinyu Precision Manufacture. These mentors will visit the campus to share their real-world experiences and guide students in improving their professional skills, while the college will continue to provide tailored talent support based on enterprise needs — fostering a mutually beneficial ecosystem of collaborative talent development.

The Jiangyan Auto Parts Industry Alliance released a special empowerment list, covering areas such as technical support, financial aid, and market expansion and offering practical support to boost enterprise growth.
Meanwhile, representatives from the talent one-stop service center explained key talent attraction policies, competitions, and project funding opportunities, helping enterprises and individuals tap into policy incentives to stimulate innovation.
Unlike traditional meetings, the "Talent Cafe" adopted an informal and interactive approach, encouraging open discussions among talent, enterprises, universities, and government representatives over coffee. Participants discussed technological collaboration, career development, and policy implementation.
An HR manager from one participating company noted: "This format feels very down-to-earth. We can get the latest policy updates right away and talk directly with university faculty about recruitment needs — it really improves communication efficiency."
University students also welcomed the initiative, saying the event helped them gain a clearer understanding of career paths and skill requirements in Jiangyan's auto parts industry while building valuable connections for future employment.
