Jiangyan Economic Development Zone kicked off its latest talent promotion initiative at Jolywood (Taizhou) Solar Technology Co on April 9, bringing its signature "Talent Cafe" directly into the workplace.
Over 100 young professionals attended the event, receiving customized "career energy packs" and participating in interactive activities designed to bridge the gap between government, enterprises, and talent.
With specialty coffee in hand, participants settled into the afternoon as staff from the local talent service center offered one-stop guidance on topics including employment, entrepreneurship, housing security, and daily life support. Detailed explanations were also provided on policy packages and how to access them effectively.

As a key component of Jiangyan's ongoing talent service campaign, the "Talent Cafe in Enterprises" initiative utilizes a "coffee + policy + service" model to create a relaxed yet informative setting for young talent. Moving forward, the zone plans to roll out more tailored and refined services, ensuring that professionals not only find opportunities but also a sense of belonging and support in Jiangyan EDZ.
