That was with the inclusion of the China (Taizhou) Intelligent Security Emergency Industrial Park, situated in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone.

A Zero Cost Creation Space is a new kind of entrepreneurial support platform designed to provide entrepreneurs with free operating premises, essential support for establishing business entities and a range of other relevant resources and assistance – all at no cost.
The innovative model is said to significantly lower the start-up costs that can be formidable barriers for entrepreneurs, paving the way for an easier start to their entrepreneurial journey.
As a Zero Cost Creation Space, the park primarily caters to key sectors such as information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, electronic information, biomedicines, intelligent equipment, automotive parts and new materials.
