Students and faculty members from the School of Energy and Power Engineering Department at Jiangsu University recently visited the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone – located in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province.
During the visit, the delegation went to leading companies such as Shuangdeng Group Co Ltd, Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co Ltd, Taizhou Xinyu Precision Manufacture Co Ltd, Dyness Digital Energy Technology Co Ltd and Taizhou JinenU New Energy Co Ltd.
The visitors conducted direct talks with R&D staff members and are said to have had insightful discussions with company leaders.
During them, it's understood that they acquired a comprehensive understanding of the core products, technological advancements, recruitment strategies, salary structures and personnel development initiatives of the enterprises.

Encouraged by the company executives, the students were asked to consider internships in Jiangyan and to shape their careers in the region after graduation.
For their part, the students said the visit acquainted them with the latest in industry trends and cutting-edge technologies, offering invaluable support for their future career trajectories and life goals.
Moving forwards, plans are for the zone to get involved in more exchanges and collaborations with leading universities. The zone is understood to be dedicated to providing comprehensive support services and to fostering an environment that is conducive to internships.
